Somewhere in your files is a piece you've never been able to make.

That's the work we take on — furniture, lighting and objects that need the right material, the right process, and someone on the ground in China.

Designing a product is one challenge.
Producing it is another.

A design rarely fails on the drawing. It fails in translation — when proportion, finish and detail meet tooling, tolerances and cost. Getting a piece made well takes more than finding a factory: it takes someone who reads both languages.

A manufacturing
network across China

Behind our work is a team deeply rooted in China's manufacturing ecosystem. Our background combines design, product development, engineering and factory-side production management — we understand both the language of design and the realities of industrial manufacturing.

Rather than relying on a single factory, we work with a curated network of specialized workshops across China — each selected for real expertise in specific materials and processes: metal fabrication, glass, woodworking, casting, upholstery, finishing, precision components.

Who it's for

Independent designers & artists

You've designed something worth making — or there's a material you want to work with firsthand. Getting there at the right quality, at a viable cost, is a different skill set. That's where we come in.

Emerging brands

Your product is ready. Your supplier situation isn't. Whether you're scaling up, switching factories, or entering a new category, we build the production path around your actual constraints.

Studios & agencies

You're responsible for a physical deliverable but don't run a supply chain. We're your production side in China — accountable, documented, out of your way.
